保母合約範例【Bananny版】一、托育期間～三、委託內容

重點一：試托期（有試用過的托育服務原來可以保障到這些？）
這段期間可以一定程度得測試爸媽與保母的合作情形，一般建議試托1個月，但從2週～3個月皆可。（費用會再第五部分詳細列之➜）

重要二：托育時段很多元
像是「全日托」、「日托」前者是24h後者是只有白天；
如果是排班制、做二休二等情形的家長，則可另外備註⋯⋯

保母費用如何算？三種請假退費的合約範例～

保母整個月請病假，還要給半薪嗎？一整個月沒上班，年假給錢就算了，為什麼連請假的六日也要給錢？
其實這個對與錯只能從家長與保母簽訂的那份合約為準，只要合約內沒寫到，不管別人怎麼處理，都跟你無關的唷～～
另外一點也要注意，托育費用的計算是否包含假日？是直接除以30天（含假日）、還是22天（不含假日）來計算日薪，也會影響到請假退費時的計算問題！
