終於找好適合的保母後，一切條件好不容易都談好好，這時候勢必會面臨一個有點尷尬又好像有點蠢（？）的現實問題：保母費用的付款方式是什麼呢？薪水是月頭給還是月尾給啊？ 

  • 月頭錢是什麼？

    其實就是「預先支付托育費用」。
    多數家長應該都是上班族，習慣「先上班、後領錢」，所以可能聽到保母還沒開工就要收費會覺得奇怪？
    但其實這是長久而來的默契喔！在一些縣市政府的托育契約範例中也有特別註明。

    過去托育尚未法制化，為了保障保母不會辛辛苦苦帶完寶寶後收不到錢、又無相關法規可以申訴，
    所以才衍生出這種收費方式（當然反過來保母收了錢後卻表現不佳也是有可能的）。
    所以最重要的還是    面試→完善簽訂合約→試用期好好觀察→彼此信任體諒。

  • 如今的普遍風氣

    之前小幫手在費用總匯中提過：多數保母收費都採預付方式（有些「到府保母」可以採月底給付）；
    但實際上真的是看雙方意願唷！可以依照家長本身的發薪日＆需求，很多保母都很彈性的～

    目前市面上收費就分為：
    ○ [預先付] 月初：就是付月頭薪囉～普遍約定日期在1、5、6、10號
    ○ [事後付] 月底：20幾號～當月最後一日前付款
    ○ [事後付] 月初：就跟一般公司發薪時間完全一樣，普遍約定日期也在1、5、6、10號

  • 契約可以這樣寫！

    以小幫手提供的《在宅托育服務契約範例》為例：
    在「五、托育服務費用」中已註明 ↓
    月頭薪-保母簽約-居家托育服務契約範例-預約訂金 所以付費方式除了口頭上，其實可以一開始就明定進契約裡囉！

  • 有沒有實際案例？

    例如從這個月17號才開始托育的話，怎麼算錢呢？有兩種月頭薪的計算方式可供媽媽參考：
    ○ 固定每個月17號付款
    ○ 先把8/17~9/5的保母費付清（假設家長是5號領薪XD），第二個月開始固定月初6號付款

  • 其他托育費用？

    如果有遇到延托、假日臨時托育的加班費、或保母預先請假的退費這些情形，
    則建議當日直接以現金結清唷！
