  • 會揮動手腳，練習抓握東西，努力扭動身體左右擺動
  • 在趴著的時候，會嘗試抬高頭部。
小技巧：用玩具或聲音吸引孩子注意，讓他多多轉動頭部、手腳，可幫助寶寶的肢體發展。

0~2個月大｜嬰兒溝通語言發展

  • 會辨識聲音，尤其是父母的音調。
  • 發出咕嚕的寶寶語跟咯咯的笑聲。
小技巧：當寶寶說出寶寶語時，可與他進行“對話”，用寶寶語的聲調回應他，一來一往的對話方式，能鼓勵寶寶多多說話發聲，提升溝通的技巧

  • 會注視觀察周邊所有的人，尤其是父母。
  • 使用哭聲吸引照顧者來表達需求。

  • 在2個月大時會開始對人微笑。
小技巧：

1.多與寶寶肌膚接觸，例如：摸摸臉或抱抱，體溫與膚觸有助於安定寶寶情緒，

2.近距離與寶寶進行眼神交流，能幫助寶寶記得父母的臉部特徵，學會認人。

3.在寶寶看著自己的時候，指著自己的臉，說：我是媽媽、我是爸爸，加深親子連結。

0~2個月大｜嬰兒照顧需注意事項

雖然每個寶寶發展速度不一，但如果這個階段的寶寶出現以下情況，建議諮詢兒科醫生尋求協助：

  • 哺乳或喝奶時吸允吞嚥有困難。
  • 在餵食時，從嘴邊流出大量的奶水。
  • 時常面無表情，不對人微笑。
  • 不將手伸向嘴巴。
  • 對聲音沒有反應。
  • 眼神無法追蹤移動的物體或人。
  • 趴著時無法抬高頭部。
