2~4個月大｜嬰兒肢體動作發展

  • 喜歡將手，或任何東西放進嘴裡
  • 在趴著的時候，能用雙手撐起身體
  • 躺著的時候挑戰翻身
  • 被抱起時會用力蹬腳
  • 握力變強，能搖動手上的玩具
小技巧：

1.可將小玩具放在寶寶床邊，讓他練習手眼協調。

2.將寶寶放在比床鋪還硬的地墊上，讓寶寶方便練習翻身。

2~4個月大｜嬰兒溝通語言發展

  • 會用不同音調的哭聲，表達不同的需求，例如：肚子餓、身體不舒服、睏了。
  • 開始模仿大人發出的高低不同的音調。
小技巧：

1.當寶寶發出不同的聲音，可用相同音調回應寶寶。

2.帶寶寶出去散步時，向他介紹所有看到的東西，例如：氣球飛走了，小狗跑過來。

2~4個月大｜嬰兒社交情感發展

  • 嘗試模仿大人的表情，例如微笑、嘟嘴、皺眉。
  • 喜歡跟人互動玩耍，被忽略會躁動哭鬧。
小技巧：

1.多對寶寶微笑，並用平緩的聲音對寶寶說話，可幫助寶寶情緒平穩。

2.常跟寶寶玩重複動作的遊戲

2~4個月大｜嬰兒照顧需注意事項

雖然每個寶寶發展速度不一，但如果這個階段的寶寶出現以下情況，建議諮詢兒科醫生尋求協助：

  • 視線無法跟著物體移動。
  • 不說寶寶語，不發出咿咿呀呀的聲音
  • 不會把手或任何東西放到嘴邊。
  • 放在地墊上，不會用腿蹬。
  • 趴臥時無法穩定抬頭。
  • 別讓寶寶接觸3C用品
