寶寶到6~9個月大的時候，動作變得更加靈活也更喜歡到處探險，這個階段的寶寶已經開始練習爬行，也可能會嘗試用雙腳站起來，爸媽要滿足寶寶的探險慾望，同時也需要加強家中的安全防護，以免寶寶在移動時不小心受傷！哪些小地方容易被遺漏呢？跟著小幫手一起看下去吧！

6~9個月大｜嬰兒肢體動作發展

  • 學會用爬行移動位置。
  • 能握住杯子奶瓶自己喝奶。
  • 會利用沙發、椅子作為支撐試圖站立。
  • 動作更精細，會用拇指跟食指捏住東西。
小技巧：

1.鼓勵寶寶用家具輔助讓自己站起來。（家長須在旁邊注意安全）

2.可跟寶寶玩躲貓貓遊戲，讓寶寶在玩樂中練習爬行增強大腿肌。

3.規劃寶寶安心爬行範圍，放置軟墊並移除危險物品。

4.家具銳角要安裝防撞膠條，電線收好以免造成纏繞危險。

6~9個月大｜嬰兒溝通語言發展

  • 會用手指指出自己想要的東西。
  • 模仿大人發聲，開始發出「ㄇㄚ」「ㄅㄚ」單音。
  • 開始理解「不要」、「NO」的意思。
  • 聽得懂簡單的指令：例如：坐下、喝ㄋㄟㄋㄟ、過來。
小技巧：

1.若發現寶寶喜歡用手指點東西，可以買發聲繪本讓寶寶點著玩，ㄧ邊模仿發聲。

2.寶寶在家中若有感興趣的物品，可向寶寶介紹物品的名稱，有助幫助語言發展。

6~9個月大｜嬰兒社交情感發展

  • 開始出現對物品「喜歡」或「討厭」的情緒反應。
  • 出現佔有慾跟搶玩具的行為。
  • 會揮手「掰掰」偶爾會出現「ㄅㄞ」的發音
小技巧：

1.跟寶寶練習「拿」跟「給」物品的動作，讓寶寶習慣大人的指令。

2.常對寶寶說重複的單詞，讓他們熟悉。

6~9個月大｜嬰兒飲食營養發展

  • 想用手抓大人的食物吃。
  • 嗅覺功能提升，對陌生的氣味會有強烈反應。
  • 可開始嘗試餵食較軟的固體食物，例如：麵條、吐司、煮熟的南瓜片或馬鈴薯。
小技巧：

1.讓寶寶用手抓東西吃，可增加對食物的興趣，降低挑食機率。

2.可準備星星米餅或米香手指零食，讓寶寶多多練習精細的手指動作。

6~9個月大｜嬰兒照顧需注意事項

雖然每個寶寶發展速度不一，但如果這個階段的寶寶出現以下狀況，建議諮詢兒科醫生尋求協助：

  • 對重複性的來回遊戲不感興趣。
  • 看到熟人沒有情緒反應。
  • 不會模仿大人發音，發出「ㄅㄚ」「ㄇㄚ」「ㄅㄞ」之類的單音。
  • 無法判斷手指的方向，注視或找到物品。
  • 無法把玩具從左手換到右手（或相反）
  • 感覺四肢無力，無法自行撐起身體、坐起、爬行、或輔助站立。
