保母費用如何算？三種請假退費的合約範例～

保母整個月請病假，還要給半薪嗎？一整個月沒上班，年假給錢就算了，為什麼連請假的六日也要給錢？
其實這個對與錯只能從家長與保母簽訂的那份合約為準，只要合約內沒寫到，不管別人怎麼處理，都跟你無關的唷～～
另外一點也要注意，托育費用的計算是否包含假日？是直接除以30天（含假日）、還是22天（不含假日）來計算日薪，也會影響到請假退費時的計算問題！

保母費用如何算？都是收「月頭錢」嗎？

終於找好適合的保母後，一切條件好不容易都談好好，這時候勢必會面臨一個有點尷尬又好像有點蠢（？）的現實問題：
