找保母面試技巧：簽約後也有「試用期」

到底有沒有找「對」保母？其實最好確認的方式就是「試用期」。
透過試托期間實際的互動、相處，才能真正知道答案；
也可給保母逐步適應和融入你家庭生活的機會。
時間上一般建議試托1個月，但從2週～3個月皆可；
薪資多以日計費（20天以上就算1個月的費用，以內的就以天數計算）。
