保母費用如何算？三種請假退費的合約範例～

保母整個月請病假，還要給半薪嗎？一整個月沒上班，年假給錢就算了，為什麼連請假的六日也要給錢？
其實這個對與錯只能從家長與保母簽訂的那份合約為準，只要合約內沒寫到，不管別人怎麼處理，都跟你無關的唷～～
另外一點也要注意，托育費用的計算是否包含假日？是直接除以30天（含假日）、還是22天（不含假日）來計算日薪，也會影響到請假退費時的計算問題！

保母不幫寶寶洗澡？找保母前先確定托育需求吧！

保母費用不是有包含寶寶洗澡嗎？但好多保母都說本來就不提供耶？ 到底怎樣才對呢？
小幫手調查過後發現，其實可以分成四種：(A)不幫寶寶洗澡(B)幫寶寶洗到六個月大(C)幫寶寶洗到一歲大(D)都會幫寶寶洗澡
每一種服務都有保母各自的考量，重要的是你們想要哪一種保母服務？並在面試、簽約時問清楚！

找保母面試技巧：簽約後也有「試用期」

到底有沒有找「對」保母？其實最好確認的方式就是「試用期」。
透過試托期間實際的互動、相處，才能真正知道答案；
也可給保母逐步適應和融入你家庭生活的機會。
時間上一般建議試托1個月，但從2週～3個月皆可；
薪資多以日計費（20天以上就算1個月的費用，以內的就以天數計算）。
